The first contact and the beginning of cooperation with Dekod reaches year 2004, when it was unavailable to sell the tickets for Dubrovnik Summer Games on Internet and agencies. Somewhere at the beginning of July 2004 this became reality and by introducing the computerized sales of Dubrovnik Summer Games we got an excellent tool for necessary work (web shop and souvenir sales, internet sales, well-developed agency sales throughout Croatia, local sales, visitor access control and various types of financial reports and analysis) as a festival of world reputation and importance deserves. We must not forget to mention the entire team of Dekod company that are ready and available at any time for any technical or other help needed. Dubrovnik Summer Festival continues this year’s successful cooperation with Dekod and with full confidence can recommend it as an excellent partner.
Since we have been working with Dekod company and we use their Paganini system and Ticketing service on website www.ulaznice.hr, we have been able to systematically resolve ticket sales on our cash registers as well as sales through portal and sales network across Croatia. The company Dekod and their employees are extremely business and professional.
Since 2015, when we agreed to cooperate with Dekod and implemented their ticketing system, we have solved several problems: efficient payment system, access control, online ticket sales, annual tickets, memberships at the club, accreditations. We are extremely satisfied with their professional relationship and we can highly recommend it to everyone.
Excelsa nekretnine d.d. are the owners of Dubrovnik cable car. From April 1st 2012 we cooperate with Dekod from Zagreb. Dekod provides us ticket sales services and ticketing equipment maintenance. We have three sales channels through Dekod application: local sales (our cashiers), agencies (large number of sales outlets throughout Croatia), web sales. Dekod fulfills all its contractual obligations in due time. Currently with Dekod, we are working on a system upgrade. The system will be upgraded with software for cable car reservations. This upgrade should contribute to better organization of group visits and speed up group tickets selling process.
Zagreb Philharmonic has been working with Dekod for many years and was among the first users of Paganini system and portal ulaznice.hr for ticket sales. The system was developed in cooperation with Vatroslav Lisinski Concert Hall and Zagreb Philharmonic and connected to a common unit with the Cloud system ulaznice.hr The system meets all our requirements and functionalities of ticket sales and visitor access control at Vatroslav Lisinski Concert Hall. With this extremely complex and functional system, we joined the common unit for selling tickets from our cash registers in the hall, Internet and mobile devices on portal system of ulaznice.hr and Dekod sales network throughout Croatia. Dekod and their employees are very professional, and we are pleased to cooperate with them.
