Ticket, entrance and barrier system consists of:

ticket sales system via the local box offices at the stadium, Internet and the agency in the sales network
an entry control system set up from the beginning or upgrading already existing barriers and counters (centaurs)
installation of sliding doors, barriers and routers

Mobile application for controlling entrances at events.

An Android application for gate control connected to the Paganini ticketing system.

The ticket is read using a manual scanner and the correctness of the read ticket is confirmed on the mobile phone screen. The application can be used via mobile phones with the addition of a reader and using professional devices.

The possibility of working in three variants:

Online – the validity of scanned tickets is checked in real time via the Internet (WiFi or mobile network)
Offline – ticket validation codes are stored in advance in the app on the mobile device (no Internet connection required to read tickets)
Combined – in case of disconnection in online mode, the application automatically switches to offline mode and continues to work without interruption

Entry control can be used for all types of events.

The reasons for the introduction of the system for ticket sales, entry control and barriers are:

Safety

the stadium becomes a closed area: the stadium is accessed solely with a valid ticket – visitors who have tickets printed out of the system and whose barcode is visible on the entrance control device at stadium have the right of access to the match;
personalization of tickets for high risk matches – one person buys up to 4 tickets, and buyer leaves personal data as well as personal data of other customers when purchasing;
match statistics analysis and sales statistics – through the system, data on the availability of stands and the sector – up to row and seating position – are fully automated in real time. Through the analysis, there are available revenue data on ticket sales, which introduces planning in this section of the club, event, institution, etc.;

Financial

Future savings in the club’s operations

printing only sold tickets – this eliminates the need to print tickets in advance and create additional print ticket costs;
Reduced need for recruitment of auxiliary staff – security guards and clerks;
upgrading already existing barriers and counters – considerable savings in procurement and maintenance of entry and barrier equipment – the system remains owned by the club.

Accreditation system is integrated into this unit. With this system it is possible to create accreditations with name, surname, type, motion zone and photography. Such accreditation is fully aligned with barcode readers and input control system.
