LMS of Zagreb International Airport

Dekod together with Cognita d.o.o. implemented the e-learning LMS system of Zagreb International Airport, created contents for initial courses and trained end users to create the contents and courses themselves, as well as administer the system.

Functional requirements that the implemented e-learning LMS system provides:

  • Content access (to all persons, multiple authorization levels,…)
  • Database of trainees and training (automatic and manual entry of data, database of trainees, ability to view, filter, export and import, integration with other parties,…)
  • Database of instructors and assessors (definition and monitoring of conditions for instructors and assessors, monitoring of the validity of the approval of the Croatian Civil Aviation Agency, automatic sending of notifications,…)
  • Trainings (tracking changes to individual trainings, creating trainings in various formats, automatically assigning the necessary trainings and sending invitations,…)
  • Exams (authorization of administrators or assessors, defining exam availability dates, time limit for exam duration, automatic assessment and creation of certificates,…)
  • Creating and sending notifications (automatically sending notifications to certain groups and depending on certain conditions)
